Description
Business Revenue reports are grouped into four functional areas. All reports use SQL Server Reporting Services (SRS).
SRS Business Revenue Reports

Business Account Detail - For each business matching the report criteria, the detail report prints all data for the business and its locations.

Business Account List - For each business the report shows the primary owner, account number, all location identification numbers (LIN), location address for each license, and the communication/phone number for each location.

Business Fees Report - Shows business fees applies to business revenue accounts. Fees are applied via Fee Application.

Collection by Tax Type Report - Generate a report that shows business and trust tax type collections by type of tax, business, and trust tax, and it show amounts collected for each as well as surpluses for each

Closed Business/Location Report - Show the businesses or locations that are out of business due to any of the reasons, such as bankruptcy, sold, closed.

Decal and Stamp Transaction Report - List details of decals and stamps that are issued and/or voided.

Delinquent Related Revenue Accounts Report - Lists any revenue accounts in the system that are delinquent that are associated with a business license.

New Business/Location Report - List all new businesses or locations of one or more types, areas, and classes within a date range.

Sarasota Receipt - (Sarasota, Florida) Print a Business Tax Revenue (BTR) receipt.
SRS Business License Reports

Business License List - Shows for each business the LIN (license identification number), license number, type, description, basis for calculating the tax, and the tax amount.

Business License List for Excel Report - Export a list of all active Business Licenses as of a certain date from the last seven years

Business License Non-Renewal - Shows the business name, owner, LIN, location address, and trade name.

Business License Past Due Report - Reports on business licenses or bills that have an outstanding balance greater than a specified amount.

Business License Type Summary Report - Breaks down the percentage of license type revenue to total revenue, the percentage of license type current collections to total collections, and the percentage of license type delinquent collections to total collections.

Business Tax Management Company Report - Generate a report for selected management companies that shows account details and balances due for business revenue and trust tax accounts managed by management companies

Business Tax Receipt Calculation Report - Generate a report that shows the details of the business tax receipt mass posting calculations.

Business Tax Receipt Count Report - Generate summary and detail reports that show BTR tax receipt counts.

Business Tax Receipt Posting Report - Generate a report that shows BTR tax receipt postings.

License Requirements Status Report - Shows the license requirements and their statuses.
SRS Trust Tax Reports

Combined Filer Detail Report - Generate a report by account range that shows combined filer information for business revenue accounts.

Management Company Detail Report - Generate a report on Trust Tax (TDT) that lists the names of management companies and includes the TDT account number, business name and address, owner, and units.

Missing Returns Report - Shows missing returns for trust tax accounts.

Shortage Report - Shows trust tax accounts that were short $2.00 or more for a specified time frame

Tourist Tax Revenue by Area Report - Generate a report that shows a summary of collections by date range, report period, and collection date. The report output shows the area (e.g., county wide), business type, accounts paid in full, tax and gross tax.

Trust Tax Account List - Shows the trust tax accounts with their statuses and balances.

Trust Tax Collection Comparison Report - Shows collections for each period of the fiscal years and compares those amounts.

Trust Tax Collections by Location Report - Shows an audit of any changes in the Number of Units on the Maintain a Business Location screen.

Trust Tax Collections By Location (Range) Report - Shows an audit of any changes in the Number of Units on the Maintain a Business Location screen by period date ranges when Fiscal Year and not Calendar Year is used.

Trust Tax Detail Report - Shows details for each period including tax, interest/penalty, fees, paid, and due.

Trust Tax Detail Report (Sarasota) - Generate a report of trust tax return details.

Trust Tax Detailed Payment Report - Shows Trust Tax (TDT) collections by year/period within a given time frame.

Trust Tax Field Audit Report - Shows a listing of all field audits.

Trust Tax Not-Filed Report - Shows trust tax accounts that have unsubmitted returns.

Trust Tax Past Due Report - Reports on trust tax accounts or bills that have an outstanding balance greater than a specified amount.

Trust Tax Type Summary - Shows details by type: primary business type, area type, trust tax type, and/or assessment type.

Trust Tax Type Zone Report - (Maynot apply to your jurisdiction) Shows trust tax for a defined period by zones and number of returns and collections/adjustments per zone plus net distribution.
SRS Audit Reports

Audit Detail Report - Shows details of audits by the defined parameters, such as audit number, account number, audit period, auditor, audit status, etc.

Audit Summary Report - Generate an summary report for one or multiple audits.

Business Account Detail - For each business matching the report criteria, the detail report prints all data for the business and its locations.
