Fee Application

Description

Use this task to batch apply fees to business license groups.

Steps
  • Use the Apply Fees screen to define the fee information, such as year, dates, and type of fee.

Dependencies, Prerequisites, and Setup
  • Each fee is defined as a user-defined systype via Configuration > Systypes > Select or Add a Systype. Select the FEE Application Business Type List systype category and click Add to add new systypes as applicable to your jurisdiction.

  • A criteria group must be set for this task via Configuration > Criteria Groups > Set Up Criteria Groups. Select Business Revenue Fee Application for the criteria process. Click New to add a new criteria group. In the Criteria grid, select to Include Business Types and select the fee created as a systype from the dropdown list, Click Save, and Close.
