Description
Generate a report that shows trust tax collections by location and includes parameter selections of tax year and period, and beginning/ending date ranges as well as the option to include supplemental information in the report. This report is basically an audit of any changes in the Number of Units on the Maintain a Business Location screen.

Steps

Select the Tax Year by checking the applicable checkboxes.

Select the Period.

Enter the Beginning Payment Date/Ending Payment Date or click the Date Picker to select them.

Click View Report to generate the report in a separate browser window, or click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it. Click Close to close the batch screens.

Click Close to end the task.

Click Previous to return to the list of SRS Trust Tax Reports screen.
