Print License Requirement Status Report

Description

This report shows the requirements and their statuses for each license included in the report criteria.

NOTE: You must minimally select a License Year (lower half of screen) to generate the report. All other fields are optional.

Steps

  1. Enter a Business/Trade Name, Owner Name, or Account Number to report on a single business. Leave blank to report on multiple businesses.

  2. Select an Organization Type, Class, Primary Business Type, and Business Status.

  3. Select theArea Type and Zoning Code..

  4. Use the calendars to choose any of the possible from and to date ranges, as desired:

    • Issue date

    • Origin date

    • Expire date

    • Audit date

    • Requirement expire date

    • Requirement approve date

  5. Select a License Year, License Status and/or Requirements Status.

  6. Select the Address type, either Situs Address (default) or Mailing Address and enter the Postal Code to generate a report of accounts by postal code. Various formats and mixes are accepted for the postal code, for example.

  • 32828-1024, 32828-1025, and 32828-1026

  • 32828-1024, 32828-1025, and 32828-1026

  • 32828, 32829, between 32830 and 32845,32850

  • 32828-1024, between 32828-1025 and 32828-1045, and 32828-1026

  1. Select one or more License Business Type and one or more License Business Type Status from the list or accept the Select All default.

  2. Check the Hide Banner checkbox to hide the parameter banner information from the report cover page.

  3. Click View Report to generate the report and display it in a new window, or click Submit to Batch to submit the report to batch processes, which opens the Monitor Batch Processes screen.
