Manage Trust Tax Account Flags

Description

Add, edit, or remove flags on the trust tax account. Flags created on this screen are attached to the revenue object associated to the trust tax account, not to the account, so that Accounts Receivable and Cashiering can recognize the flag.

SETUP: See Business Revenue, Business Setup, Trust Tax Accounts, and Business Maintenance for any applicable prerequisites, dependencies and setup information for this task.

Steps
  1. Click Add to add a new flag

    or

    Click Edit to edit an existing flag.

  2. Select the Flag type.

  3. Select the Flag value.

  4. Select the Duration.

  5. Enter the Start date.

  6. Click Apply.

  7. Click Save to save the flags and stay on this screen.

  8. Click Finish to save your changes and return to the previous screen.

    • Click Cancel to close this screen without saving.

Tips

Flags must be previously set up with an entity type of trust tax account.
