Description

NOTE: This task may not be available in your jurisdiction.

View a summary of all audit activity on the selected account. An account must be created and audited before a summary is available.

The header area shows the Account Number and the Account Type for the account selected from the previous screen. Information displayed in the grid row for each audit includes:

  • Audit Number (system generated when creating new audits)

  • Auditor, the auditor assigned to the audit. Auditors are set up on Set Up Auditors screen.

  • Audit Status, the current audit status, such as In Progress or Closed

  • Audit Period - From, the beginning of the audit period range

  • Audit Period - To, the end of the audit period range

  • Audit Amount, the total amount of the audit

  • Amount Paid, the total amount paid only for the bill number in the summary row.

  • Balance Due, the posted amount due for the audit return. This is the amount only for the bill number in the summary row.

Steps

Click on the grid row of an existing audit to maintain it

OR

Click New to create a new audit for the account. The Maintain an Audit screen opens so that you can edit the audit or create a new one.

  • Click Finish to return to the previous screen, which varies depending on your path.
