Description

Add, edit, or remove flags on the business location.

SETUP: See Business Revenue, Business Setup, and Business Maintenance for any applicable prerequisites, dependencies and setup information for this task.

  • Closing a location on the Maintain Business Location screen closes the business license account(s) and trust tax account(s) at that given location

Steps

  1. Click Add to create a new flag

    or

    Click Edit to edit an existing flag.

  2. Select the Flag type.

  3. Select theFlag value.

  4. Select theDuration.

  5. Enter theStart date.

  6. Click Apply to save the flag characteristics.

    • Click Cancel to discard the flag changes.

  1. Click Save to save the flags and stay on this screen.

  2. Click Finish to save your changes and return to the Maintain Business Location screen.

    • Click Cancel to close this screen without saving.

Tips

Flags must be previously set up with an entity type of business location.
