Edit Rate Modifiers

Navigate:Tax > Levy Management > Tax Rate Calculation > Tax Rate Calculation > Maintain Tax Rate Calculations > [MODIFIERS] > Edit Rate Modifiers

Description

Select rate modifiers and assign a value to each which will be used to increase or reduce the actual tax rate for individual tax authority groups.

SETUP: See Levy Management, Levy Management Setup, and Tax Rate Calculation for any applicable prerequisites, dependencies and setup information for this task.

Steps

1. Select a Modifier .

2. Select a TAG.

3. In the Levy Rate Modifier And Overrides grid, enter an Override Value for any modifier and TAG combination. Repeat the previous applicable steps for any other modifier-TAG combinations you need to enter overrides for.

4. Click Finish to save the modifiers and return to the Maintain Tax Rate Calculations screen.

   • Click Cancel to discard your changes and return to the Maintain Tax Rate Calculations screen.

Tips

The available rate modifiers are set up for the levy type in Levy Setup.
