Set Up Installment Schedule
Description
You cannot change certain settings on this screen for the default installment schedule. However, you can change the name, description, number of installments, and calendar. If you selected multiple installment schedules on the previous screen, the first one is displayed and the others are available in the work list.

This screen displays the options available for an override schedule:
Steps

Enter or edit the Schedule name.

Enter or edit the Description.

Select the Number of installments for this schedule.
NOTE: The maximum number of installments you can select is set by an application setting. You cannot select more installments than there are periods in the calendar you define. -
Select Extra Pennies Allocation.
NOTE: Dividing an uneven installment results in a .01 cent difference in the due amounts. The Extra Pennies Allocation option allows you to direct the extra penny to a specific installment when the installment amounts are not even.

Select the functional Calendar from which to take dates for this schedule, and select the Calendar period for each installment.

Click Add in the Calendar Dates panel to add additional installment date ranges.

Click Remove to remove a date range. The range added last (at the bottom) is removed.

Select the calendar period for each installment in the Calendar Dates panel.

Click Save to save the installment schedule.

Click List to return to the Add or Edit Installment Schedules screen.

Click Close to end the task.
Common Actions
The following options on the Common Actions menu take you to configuration tasks which must be set up before setting up installment schedules:

Setup Criteria Group - Set up criteria groups which define the characteristics of revenue objects that will be assigned to an installment schedule.

Setup Functional Calendar - Set up the functional calendar, calendar period, and events which define installment dates.
Tips
NOTE: The default schedule does not automatically come with a calendar assigned. You must assign one here.
Value type criteria groups are set up through the Value Criteria task on the Levy Management > Setup menu.
Use the work list tab 
on the sidebar to select another installment
schedule to maintain.

Tips
Select the checkbox next to an attribute in the Attached Attributes grid and click Remove to remove it from the criteria.
