The following shows the navigation flow for Setup - Value Criteria. The flowchart does not include obvious actions, such as Notes, Print, Close, etc.

Description

Create groupings of value type selection criteria to retrieve records for use in various tasks and modules.

Steps
  1. Select an existing criteria group to edit or create a new one on the Add or Edit Value Criteria Groups screen.

  2. Select value type criteria that will be used to retrieve records on the Set Up Value Type Criteria screen.

Dependencies, Prerequisites, and Setup

Value criteria groups are used when printing the Special Assessment Deferral Report in Special Assessments, in Installment Schedules setup in Levy Management, and in printing the Assessment Roll Detail Report.

  • Value Types - Value types must be set up to be available for selection as criteria.
