Process Levy Value Build

Multiple steps, which vary by jurisdiction, are required for processing a levy value build.
IMPORTANT: You can run one or multiple steps at once, but you must run them in sequence. You can rerun steps as long as the value build is open. However, if you rerun a step for which subsequent steps have already run, the subsequent steps are cleared and you need to rerun them as well.
