Steps Set Up TIF Value Mappings

Navigate:ClosedTax > Levy Management > Setup > TIF Districts > Search for TIF Districts > Maintain TIF District Details > [Value Map] > Set Up TIF Value Mappings

Tax > Levy Management > Tax Entity Maintenance > TIF Districts > Search for TIF Districts > Maintain TIF District Details > [Value Map] > Set Up TIF Value Mappings

Description

Select the value types to substitute for the regular taxable values when calculating base and incremental TIF taxes.

Steps

For each Taxable value:

  1. Select the Base Value Type.

  2. Select the Incremental Value Type to substitute when TIF taxes are calculated.

  3. Click Finish to save the value type mappings and return to Maintain TIF District Details.

    • Click Cancel to return to Maintain TIF District Details without saving.

Value types should be filtered by value type list
