Top X Taxpayers
Description
This report lists the taxpayers with the highest tax charges for the year. The number of taxpayers to include is specified by the user.
NOTE: This report is state-specific and may not be used in your county. Also, the report parameters may vary, depending on your jurisdiction.
Steps

Select the Tax year.

Enter the Number of taxpayers to include in the report.

Select one or multiple of the following:

Tax rolls
-
Appraised Values
-
Taxable Values
-
Tax Authority Groups
-
Tax Authorities
-
-
Check the Include Specials? checkbox to include those in the report.

Click View Report to generate the report in a separate browser window, or click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it. Click Close to close the batch screens and return to this screen.
Steps for Report Criteria Groups
NOTE: Report parameters may vary depending on your jurisdiction. A Criteria Group option is available for certain jurisdictions.
SETUP:

Go to Configuration > Criteria Groups > Set Up Criteria Groups.

Select Levy SRS TAG and TAas the CriteriaProcess code.

Select to include/exclude TAGs and/or Tax Authority.

Select the applicable criteria.

Select the Criteria Group.

Click View Report to generate the report in a separate browser window, or click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it. Click Close to close the batch screens and return to this screen.

Click Previous to return to the reports selection screen.

Click Close to end the task.
