Errors and Insolvencies Report
Description
NOTE: This report may not be available in your jurisdiction.
Print a report that shows adjustments and write offs that have occurred during the tax year that impact the original amount charged for collection. The report includes a list of errors, insolvencies, double assessments, and discounts and shows the reason code, count, original amount, current amount, and difference.
Steps
Note: All reports parameters are optional. The minimum and maximum tax year are minimally required, but they are set by default.

Select the Min Tax Year and Max Tax Year.

Enter the Min Assessment Year and the Max Assessment Year.

Enter the Min Change Date and the Max Change Date or click the date picker to select the dates.

Enter the Min PIN and Max PIN numbers.

Enter the Min Geo Code and Max Geo Code.

Select the Sort Order.

Select the Rolls Types.

Select the Reason Codes by checking the applicable checkboxes.

Check the Display Legal Description checkbox to display the legal description.

Select the Include Owners?, either Primary Owners or All Owners.

Select the Include Address?, either No Addresses, Mailing Address, or Situs Address.

Select the TAF Labels to Displays?, either TAF Codes or TAF Descriptions.

Click View Report to generate the report in a separate browser window, or click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it. Click Close to close the batch screens.

Click Close to end the task.
