Navigate:ClosedTax > Levy Management > Reports > Levy Abstract Reports

Description

Configure and run a variety of tax abstract reports. Abstract reports are specific to your jurisdiction.

Steps
  1. Select whether to process a mini abstract, abstract of assessment, or other type of abstract on the Select Levy Abstract Report Type screen.

  2. Manage multiple versions (for different years, rolls, etc.) of the same type of abstract on the Maintain Levy Abstract Reports screen.

MCCC

  • User-defined data fields for Levy reports are available and the associated data entered in the user defined fields is displayed on the reports.

  • To set up user-defined fields, go to Configuration > User-Defined Fields > Search for User-Defined Fields > Maintain User-Defined Field. Select the module and report and define the data for the user-defined fields.

  • Value Types - Set up the value types which will be used to build the abstract reports.

  • Process Steps - Depending on your jurisdiction, set up the process steps which will be used to build the abstract reports.

  • Tax Roll Processing - Build the tax rolls on which the abstract will be based.
