Business Owner Information

Description
View the name, address and communication information of one or more owners of a business. You can attach a note about the owner party.
You may also navigate to see more detailed information by clicking on a link (underlined text), panel button, or Common Actions option. Note that access is controlled by user role security.
Steps
The identifying codes and information is displayed in the top section, with several links to more detailed information. If you do not have security clearance to use a link in the heading section at the top the link underline will not be displayed. This same heading information is also displayed on other Info Center screens of Business Details.
If information is long, it may have been truncated (cut off) here to fit in the available space.

Information about the business - business name, owner, primary business type, business class, organization type, website, status, number of employees.

Associated id numbers - business account, revenue account, federal and state id numbers.

Dates for the lifetime of the business - date established, date of incorporation, and date out of business and the reason.

Bankruptcy and litigation - case number, repayment plan number.

Information with links to more detail - availability of links depends upon the information associated with the business and your role's permission see it.

Website - goes to the website of the business, if any.

Business account - goes to Maintain Business Account.

Bankruptcy or litigation case - goes to Aumentum Delinquent Search for Cases.

Payment plan - goes to Aumentum Accounts Receivable Payment Plan Details.

Owners
The Owners panel shows the owner information of all owners of the business.

Role is the legal party role of business owner.

Percent of ownership for all owners equals 100%.

Default address is the one designated as default, although the owner could have more addresses. The additional addresses are available in Maintain Business.

Primary communication is the designated number, although the owner could have more communication numbers. The additional numbers are available in Maintain Business.

Click Notes on a line in the Owners grid to add a note about a that party.
Buttons
Click Notes to view, add or edit a comment about this business.
Click Refresh to see any changes made by other users while you were viewing this data. It also restores the default sort order of transactions.
Click New Search look for a different business.
Click List to return to the search results list where you can select another item.
Click Close to exit the Information Center.
Common Actions
Navigate to related information in the Info Center:
View Business Summary - Links to Business Information, where you can view the summary information of the business organization.
View Business Detail View charge details and value information of the business, location, licenses, and trust tax accounts.
View Flags - View flags for the business account, license, license tax bill, location, trust tax return, trust tax return tax bill, or trust tax account.
View Transaction History - View all transactions associated with the business, by PIN and roll type. Detail includes charges, payments, receipts; also less frequent events like reapplies, cancellations, and reallocations.
View Event History - View events of interaction between your jurisdiction and this business, such as bills or notices.
Tips
Click on a column header to sort the list of transactions by that item. Click again on the same column to reverse the list. Click refresh to restore the default sort order.
An icon appears when a note has been attached to a parcel. Click on the yellow note icon to read the note.
Click the work list tab of the sidebar to select the next revenue object, if you chose multiple items on the Records Search Results screen.
The business as a whole, each location, and all owners are set up individually a legal parties.
Bills can be printed from Business License Maintenance.
