Description
Certain Aumentum reports are generated through an external web application called SQL Server Reporting Services. Within any menu, these reports are typically available via Menu name > Reports > SRS Reports.
SQL Server Reporting Services consists of processing components, tools, and program interfaces to support development and use of reports in a managed environment. Processing is distributed across multiple components.
Processors retrieve data, process report layout, and render presentation. This type of service enables multiple users to view the same report simultaneously in various formats, including HTML, PDF, Microsoft Excel, and XML.
You can access this application through Aumentum from several Reports menu items in various modules. There is also a menu option for selecting your own custom reports.
The Valuation > Reports > SRS Real Property Reports menu lists reports that have been created in Aumentum. These reports are typically jurisdiction specific and created at the jurisdiction's request.

Certain Valuation reports accept report filters and custom report options prior to generating the report. These reports prompt you to use the Custom Reports Selection Options screen to define the custom report filters prior to generating the report.
