Description

Use this task to:

• Search for and create an income analysis group and create new income summaries.

• Select basic information, such as county, as well as analysis group and study group(s) to use in the analysis

• Define filters for the analysis, such as asking rent, income history, and reported income, how to stratify the results, and when to schedule the analysis for processing.

Steps

• Search for/create income analysis groups and define parameters and schedule for generating the income analysis on the Income Analysis screen.

Dependencies, Prerequisites, and Setup

• Income configuration and Income model maintenance must be complete for the sites included in the analysis group for the analysis to produce valid data.
