IRS Notification Report

Navigate: Tax > Tax Sale > Property Sale > Reports > IRS Notification Report

Description

Generate a cost breakdown sheet for each secured property on a tax sale list that has the IRS Lien Flag [Tax Sale] set.

Steps

1. On the Print IRS Notification Reports screen, select the Sale Year.  The list includes a list of all tax sale years from which to select.

2. Select the Sale Description from the list of descriptions for the selected sale year.

3. Select theFlag Type.

4. Select theFlag Status.

5. Select theSort Byfor the report sorting. The default is sorting by Item Number.

6. Select theFlag Valuebased on the Flag Type selected.

7. Click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it. Click Close to close the batch screens and return to this screen.

   • Click Close to end the task.

Prerequisites

• Secure property must exist on a tax sale list.

• The secure property record must have the IRS Lien Flag [Tax Sale] set.
