Actual Teeter Loss Report

Navigate: ClosedTax > Tax Sale > Property Sale > Reports > SRS Property Sale Reports

Description

Generate a report that shows actual teeter loss by item number, PIN, number of offerings, original amount, minimum bid amount, sales cost, and teeter loss.

Steps

  1. In the Property Sale Reports list, click Actual Teeter Loss Report.

  2. On the Enter Report Parameters screen, make a selection from the Tax Sale drop-down list.

  3. Click View Report to open the report in a new tab.

    4. OR

    Click Submit to Batch to generate the report as a batch process, then navigate to the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the report progress.

    • Click Previous to return to the previous screen.

    • Click Close to end the task.
