Steps Maintain Certificate Numbers

Navigate:ClosedTax > Tax Sale > Certificate Number Maintenance > Maintain Certificate Numbers

Description

Assign a Certificate Number starting Number and a Certificate Number Prefix to a Tax Sale.

Steps

  1. Select a Tax sale year and click Go. Settings display if they exist for the selected year.

  2. Click Add or Edit in the Settings panel.

  3. Select the Tax Sale and enter the Certificate Number Prefix and Starting Certificate Number. Click Apply.

  4. Click Save.
