General Ledger Mapping Report

Navigate: ClosedTax > Tax Accounting > Setup > General Ledger Mapping Report

Description

Print a report of your General Ledger mappings. The report shows the general ledger funds and accounts that are mapped to each Aumentum processes.

Steps

  • Use the Print General Ledger Mapping Listing Report screen to select report parameters and generate the report. The report includes all mappings that match your report criteria.

Tax Accounting

  • Maintain General Ledger Mappings - Mappings must be set up.

Configuration

  • The application setting Remove Tax Year from GL Mappings removes the tax year field from GL export tasks. When the setting is disabled GL tasks can fail or slow down due to the volume of associated Tax Year entries. Enabling the setting is recommended (Tax > Tax Accounting > Setup > Tax Accounting Settings).
