Description

The General Ledger Export process produces both a file of the transactions and a report of the file contents. This Recreate process can reproduce either the file or the report or both.

General ledger export recreation can create an identical file or update the file with update file with new general ledger mappings.

Steps

1. Search for Export File takes a date range and optionally the file name to find the errant file that you want to re-create.

2. Re-create General Ledger Interface sets the options, then hands off the process to the batch scheduler.

• Export a General Ledger File - An export file must exist.

Dependencies

• A General Ledger Export file must exist before you can re-create an export file.

• You must have exported a general ledger file before you can print a financial detail transaction listing.
