Special Assessment Export
Navigate: Tax > Special Assessments > Special Assessment Export
Description
Create a text file containing special assessment information.
Steps

On the Export Special Assessments screen, make a selection from the File type drop-down list.
NOTE: The only option currently available is Regular Special Assessments.

Enter a file name. This is the name of the export file after it's created. If no file name is entered, then the batch process creates a name for the file using this format: SAExport, tax year, date, time.

In the Search Criteria panel, you can search by code/description, category, and/or type to find special assessments to export.

Click Search in the Command Item bar. Matching special assessments display in the Search Results - Special Assessments panel.

Select the checkbox for each special assessment you want to export.

Click Queue Process.
- On the Monitor Batch Processes screen, click on a process name when it is complete.
- On the View Batch Process Details screen, click the link in the Reports panel to view the export file.
