Navigate: Tax > Special Assessments > Reports > Special Assessment to Levy Audit Report

Description

Print a Special Assessment posting validation report. This report compares the special assessment data to the data available in Levy Management.

NOTE: Because of the size of this report, it cannot be viewed interactively.

Steps

1. On the Special Assessment to Levy Audit Report screen, make a selection from the Tax Year drop-down list (defaults to print for the current year). The list of special assessments and processes are loaded.

2. Make a selection from the Report detail drop-down list.

3. Optionally, select the Report Only Differences checkbox to print only the special assessments/PINs with different amounts in Levy.

4. In the SA List panel, select the checkbox for special assessments you want to process.

5. Click Send to Batch. The Monitor Batch Processes screen opens automatically.
