Description

Print a report that includes information about amortized special assessments. This report includes the following information (if applicable): special assessment name, number, parcels in the special assessment, tracts for each parcel (when applicable), short legal description, benefit acres, benefit amount, paid amount, and outstanding amount.  

The report also includes the following information if a split, combination, and/or a parcel change has occurred: tracts/parcels that were originally in the special assessment but were retired as the result of a split or combination, and the tracts/parcels that were not originally in the special assessment but were added at a later time because a split or combination occurred or for other reasons.

Steps

  1. Select a Report format for your report. The default format is PDF.

  2. Select a Schedule date and time. This is the date and time that your report will be sent to batch. The default date and time is when you entered this screen.

  3. Click Queue Process. You advance to the Monitor Batch Processes screen.

Tips

Fees are now included on the Balance Due report when a special assessment has an associated charge fee that is billed separately from the special assessment.
