Description

Calculate proposed TIF amounts based on criteria such as growth percentage, number of years to project, etc. These calculations generate values for three Levy reports available from the Levy > SRS Levy Management Reports menu:

  • CA - TIF Projection Affected Values

  • CA - TIF Projection Base Revenue

  • CA - TIF Projection Revenue Projections

  • The option to generate a Redevelopment Base Year report is available on the TIF Revenue Object Projections tab.

  • Non Commercial Air values are displayed as a roll category with a total that both includes and excludes the value across roll categories.

Steps

  1. In the Calculate TIF Proposal screen, make a selection from the Tax Year drop-down list.

  2. Enter a value in the Years Projected field, or select the value using the up and down arrow buttons.

  3. Make a selection from the Jurisdiction Change Log drop-down list.

  4. In the Growth Percentage panel, enter values in the fields, or select the value using the up and down arrow buttons.

  1. Click Batch Print to open a PDF report in a new window. Depending on your jurisdiction, you can also generate a Redevelopment Base Year report.

  2. Click Close to end the task.
