Distribution Rule Allocation Report

Description

Print a report that shows the predistribution year, revenue source, distribution rule, tax year, roll type, TAF or TIF, charge type, code, and subcode, collected/charge amount, entitled percent, net distributed amount, nondistributable amount, previously distributed amount, amount available, and totals for each.

Steps

  1. On the Enter Report Parameters screen, make a selection from the Distribution Year drop-down list.
  2. Select the checkbox for one or more items in the Revenue Source panel.
  3. Make a selection from the Pre-Distribution drop-down list.
  4. Select the checkbox for one or more items in the Distribution Status panel.
  5. Select the checkbox for one or more items in the Distribution Rules panel.
  6. Click View Report in the Command Item bar to generate the report in a separate browser window.
  7. OR

    Click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it.

    • Click Close to close the batch screens and return to this screen.
  8. Click Previous to return to the Distribution Report screen.
    • Click Close to end the task.
