Agency Map Report

Tax > Distribution > Reports > Agency Map Report
Description
This report lists agency mappings for Tax Authorities/Tax Authority Funds, TIFs, miscellaneous sources, and fees. You can also use the report as a tool to determine whether any mapping type is missing agency mappings.
Steps
Verify the Effective date is correct in the sidebar.

Check the checkboxes for the mapping types to include in the report. You must select at least one type. All types are selected by default.

Check the Print unmapped only checkbox if you want the report to include only the unmapped items associated with the types selected.
NOTE: If you do not select this checkbox, the report lists both mapped and unmapped items within the type selected. An unmapped item shows the text *** No Mapping Exists ***, making it easy to distinguish.

Select the Report format.

Click Print to generate the report.

Click Close to end the task.
