Description

View the criteria assigned to all of the various apportionment factor groups in one place. This screen also reports any validation errors if there are criteria overlaps.

California

• This screen displays an additional Use Rate Year in criteriaFilter Criteria field for Window Period Supplemental Bill distributions that when selected filters results that use apportionment factor rates based on both the tax year and the rate year the Window Period Supplemental Bills.

Steps

1. Select any criteria in the Apportionment Factor Group Criteria Mapping Filters panel to filter the display of criteria groups.

   NOTE: Selecting a Mapping status of Conflict shows any criteria overlap conflicts.

   NOTE: Depending on your jurisdiction, the field called Assessment Type may be named Collection Type (secured/unsecured selections).

2. Click Refresh.

• Click Close to end the task.
