Warrant Report

Description
Print the warrant report whenever needed after assigning the warrant numbers. You can see the status of the warrants, payments that have been made or are missing, and the warrants that are close to expiring. The report shows warrant number, PIN, last know owner's name and address, tax, late charge, interest, warrant fee, sheriff fee, and amount due as of the interest through date. The report also includes a totals line combining all warrants on the report.
Steps

On the Print Warrant Report screen, enter the report options:

Verify that the tax year is correct. The tax year is the bill tax year.

Choose the interest thru date, this is the date for the interest calculation. Interest for all dates up to and including the interest thru date is included.

Enter the From PIN and To PIN range to include on the report.

Enter the From warrant and To warrant number range to include.

Enter the Warrant year.

Select the Roll type.

Select the checkboxes as needed, to Include unpaid bills and/or also to Include paid bills that are no longer delinquent.

Select the Sort order for the report information.

In the Flags to Include panel, click Add, or click Edit in the row of an existing flag.

Select the Object Type, Flag type, Flag value, and Start date for the flags you want to include on the report, or select the Include all flags checkbox in the Flag Criteria panel title bar.

Click Update.

In the Flags to Exclude panel, click Add, or click Edit in the row of an existing flag.

Select the Object Type, Flag type, Flag value, and Start date for the flags you want to include on the report, or select the Include all flags checkbox in the Flag Criteria panel title bar.

Click Update.

- Click Print. You advance to the Monitor Batch Processes screen.

Tips
Expired warrants do not appear on the report.
The current warrant year is set up in Application Settings.
