Delinquent Reports

Navigate: Tax > Delinquent > Reports

Description

Delinquent reports are selected from the Reports of the Aumentum Tax Delinquent module. When selecting criteria, use more criteria to pin-point results. Use fewer to return more information.

NOTE: Use only search criteria that can give you results. If you do not get results from your search, then nothing matched your search criteria. For example, if you search by user id and do not get any results, then that user id is not associated with any of the delinquent bills you are searching through.

Delinquents reports include

• SRS reports, which are typically jurisdiction specific reports generated via SQL Server Reporting Services.
  
  NOTE: Certain reports available for specific jurisdictions via the SRS Reports menu are also available on the Delinquent > Reports menu.

• Reports that are typically available to all jurisdictions and are available directly off the Delinquent > Reports menu.

Tips

Using the Contact for Reports task, select the office contact that prints in the header of each report. If no contact is selected for a delinquent report, the Delq. reports office contact information is used by default. Contact information for each office holder is set up in Configuration using Office Contact Information task.
