Navigate: Tax > Delinquents > Newspaper/Publication > Advertising/Publication Search

Description

Use this task to search for a list of advertisers and publications that advertise and publish delinquent and tax sale property sales.

Steps

1. On the Search for Advertising and Publication Lists screen, enter your search criteria and click Search.

   • Click Clear to reset the fields for another search.

2. In the Lists panel header, click Expand to display information for all lines; or click the Expand icon preceding a row to display the information for that row.

   • Click Collapse to hide the information.

3. Click Summary to open the List Publication and Cost screen to view a listing of publications and associated costs.

4. Click Detail to open the List Publication Detail screen to view and maintain publication list details, such as PIN, Minimum Bid Amount, and Cost Per Item.

5. Click Close to end the task.
