Levy Book Setup

Navigate: Tax > Accounts Receivable > Setup > Levy Book Setup

Description

Select the funds used for excess TIF and contamination tax on the Select Funds for Levy Book screen so that those amounts are reported on the Levy Book.

Steps

For each of the panels on the Select Funds for Levy Book screen:

1. Click Add, or click Edit for an existing item in the grid.

2. In the pop-up, make a selection from the Action drop-down list (Include or Exclude).

3. Make a selection from the Item drop-down list. Depending on your selection, the pop-up refreshes to show display the relevant options.

   • Selecting Tax Authority Fund and TIF gives you the ability to enter search criteria to filter the selections in the panel.

   • Select an item in the list and click the right arrow to move it to the Selected panel. Click the left arrow to move it back to the left panel.

     OR

   • Select the checkbox for one or more items in the list.

4. Click Finish to close the pop-up. Your selections are displayed on the Select Funds for Levy Book screen.

   • Click Cancel to close the pop-up without moving your selections to the Select Funds for Levy Book panel.

5. Click Save in the Command Item bar.
