Payment Management Audit Report
Description
The Payment Management Audit Report offers an audit trail of the transactions performed via the Payment Management menu. The report can be configured to include multiple transaction types as well as revenue sources; the report can also be grouped by date, transaction type, or user.
Steps

Select a Date range type, either business date or payment effective date.

Enter the Beginning date and Ending date. To generate a report for a single day, use the same date for both the beginning and ending dates.

Select the Report format. The default format is PDF. You must have the correct program installed if you select any other format, such as html, Word, etc.

Select the Group by format, either Date, Transaction Type, or User. You can select only one grouping option. If you choose to group by transaction type or user, the transactions listed within each group are sorted by date automatically.

Define the Other Criteria as applicable including:

Enter the audit Reference Number.

Select the Include Legal Party checkbox to include legal party information in the report.

Select the Transaction Type and Revenue Source by checking the respective checkboxes. All transaction types and revenue sources are checked by default. You must select at least one transaction type and one revenue source to generate a report.

Click View Report to generate the report. Since this report is run as a batch process, the Monitor Batch Processes screen is displayed automatically so you can monitor the progress of the batch process. Click on the row listing the report's batch process on the Monitor Batch Processes screen to access the batch process details screen where you can view the generated report.

Click Close to end the task.
NOTE: Only payment management transactions are included in this report. Ordinary payments are not included.

Tips
To view a listing of the individual fields included in the Payment Audit report
.To maximize performance, the recommended time span to be used when generating a report is 1 week. Longer time spans will cause the report to take longer to generate due to the large number of transactions involved.
