Collections Activity
Description
Use this task to define criteria to see daily collections activity in various views.
Steps

On the View Daily Collections Activity screen, enter a business date and make a selection from the Saved Search drop-down list.

Click Details to view a pop-up summary of items included in the report.
OR
Click View Report to open the report on the screen.
- Click Expand All to display all rows within each Charge/Surplus Code row (indicated by a plus sign).
- Click Collapse All to hide all rows for each Charge/Surplus Code row.
- Click Close to end the task.
IMPORTANT: By design, when viewing the report on the View Daily Collections Activity screen, do not navigate to any other Aumentum screen as doing so causes loss of the report results, necessitating entering the report data and regenerating the report. You can, however, navigate to other applications you might have open on your desktop.
Saved Searches
- Click Edit Saved Searches.

On the Maintain Daily Collections Activity Searches screen, click New Search or click Edit for an existing item in the Saved Searches grid.
- On the Maintain Daily Collections Activity screen, enter or edit the search description.
- In the Items to Include in Report panel, click Edit.
- On the Edit Search Criteria screen, click Add or click Edit for an existing item in the Report Criteria List panel.
- In the Edit Report Criteria panel, make a selection from the Item type and Item action drop-down lists.

In the Available Items panel, select the checkbox for one or more items in the grid and click Add Selected Items to move them to the Attached Items panel.

Click Update in the Edit Report Criteria panel's title bar.

Click Cancel to discard your changes.

Click Finish to return to the previous screen.

On the Edit Search Criteria screen, click Add.
- From the Item type drop-down list, select a revenue object, surplus, or tax bill flag option.
- From the Item action drop-down list, choose whether to include or exclude your selections.

In the Flag Criteria panel, click Add, or click Edit for an existing item in the grid.

Make a selection from the Flag type and Flag value drop-down lists.

Select the Evaluate flag based on current date checkbox to include or exclude the flag criteria based on the current date.

Click Update in the panel's title bar.

Click Update in the Edit Report Criteria panel's title bar.

Click Finish in the Command Item bar to return to the previous screen, which may vary, depending on your navigation path.
- In the Group/Sort panel, click Add or click Edit for an existing item in the grid.
- In the Edit Search Criteria Group Sort Options pop-up, select the checkbox for one or more items in the Available Criteria panel and click Add Selected Item(s).
- In the Selected Criteria panel, select the checkbox for one or more items and click Remove Selected Item(s), if needed.
- Click Finish.
- Click Save in the Command Item bar.

Include or Exclude Collections by Flag
The header page of the Collections Summary report shows the flag criteria selected for filtering. You can include/exclude collections for the following flags/conditions:
