Extended Property Description Setup

Navigate: Reports and Interfaces > Correspondence > Correspondence Setup > Extended Property Description Setup

Description

Use this task to define the maximum number of characters that a Legal Description can have for certain Data Services. A maximum number threshold is necessary for certain Data Services due to spacing limitations in the particular correspondence.

Steps

1. Click New to create a new extended property description setup or click Edit on an existing setup.

2. Select the Data Service if creating a new setup.

3. Select the Property Description.

4. Enter the Maximum Number of Characters of the property description to include on the printed correspondence associated with the Data Service.

• Click Delete on any row to delete the setup.

5. Click Save.

6. Click Close to end the task.

• In combination with maintaining the report setups and templates for each correspondence task, also manage:

• Data services for each type of correspondence datasource via Reports and Interfaces > Data Services.

• Set security rights for the Report Setups task.

1. Go to Configuration > Security and User Maintenance > Roles > Maintain a Role > Edit Role Details.

2. Select Reports and Interfaces from the Granted Menu Items panel.

3. Click on Correspondence and set security rights for Report Setups.
