Process Extract

Navigate: Reports and Interfaces > Attachment Extract > Process Extract

Description

View a history of extract attachment processing.

NOTE: The view of this screen varies, depending on the navigation path.

Steps

1. On the Attachment Extract Selection screen, select the checkbox for an item in the grid and click Process Selected.
2. On the View Attachment Extract Process History screen, click the Steps tab, which displays steps involved in the attachment extract process.

NOTE: Click Refresh at any time to update the display of processing.

3. Click the History tab to view a history of the process.

• Make a selection from the Iteration drop-down list in the panel header.

4. Click the Log tab to view a log of the process.

• Make a selection from the Iteration drop-down list in the panel header.

• Optionally, enter a value in the Filter field to filter the results.

• Click Errors Only to view a log of errors.

• Click Download Log to download a text file of the log report.

5. Click the Files tab to view any files generated as a result of the process.

6. Click Close to end the task.
