Timeshare Model Creation

Description

NOTE: The Timeshare Model Creation task may not apply to your jurisdiction.

The Revenue Object Maintenance task used for timeshare model creation is I - Timeshare Model Creation.

When importing documents from, for example, Documentum, or when creating a timeshare for the first time, the Timeshare Model Creation task is submitted to the Workflow queue and is available in My Worklist (with the appropriate user rights).

Steps for Timeshare Creation from Records > Revenue Object Maintenance

1. Select I - Timeshare Model Creation from the Maintain Revenue Objects screen.

2. Maintain the timeshare models.

3. Configure the timeshare model on the Timeshare Model Configuration screen.
   
   NOTE: Once created and initially configured, the timeshare is available from the View My Worklist screen for processing.

Steps for Timeshare Creation Processing from My Worklist

1. Select Timeshare from the View My Worklist screen.

2. Search for the Revenue Object to select the survivor (workflow only).

3. Select from the Records Search Results for Revenue Objects (workflow only).

4. Maintain the timeshare models.

5. View the revenue object balances on the View Revenue Object Balances screen.

6. Select the parcels to survive for the timeshare.

7. Edit the parent parcel information.

8. Enter the new parcel information for the timeshare.

9. Verify new parcel areas for the timeshare.

10. Verify the new parcel descriptions for the timeshare.

11. Add a note if desired.

12. Verify and complete the timeshare.
