Parcel Audit Report

Description

NOTE: This SRS report is not available in all jurisdictions.

The Parcel Audit Report displays a detailed history of changes made to a revenue object for a certain date range. The report lists specific transactions in each of several Records maintenance areas including revenue object maintenance and revenue object addresses. The user who made the change and the effective date display for each transaction.

Steps

  1. In the Records Reports screen, click Parcel Audit Report.

  2. Enter the PIN. Changes to the revenue object identified by this PIN are included in the report.
  3. Enter a Start Date and an End Date to identify the date range for the report. Changes to the PIN during the specified date range are reported.

    • Press Tab on your keyboard if buttons in the Command Item bar are not activated.

  4. Click View Report to generate the report and immediately display it or click Submit to Batch to send the report to the Aumentum batch processor.

    If sent to the batch processor, the Monitor Batch Processes screen is displayed. Click Refresh to update the page. When the status is complete, click on the row to open the View Batch Details screen, then click the file to view the report. When you are finished viewing the report, click the red X to close the report viewer window.

    • Click Close to end the task.
