Value Schedule Data Upload

Navigate: ClosedPersonal Property Appraisal > Setup > Value Schedule Data Upload

Description

NOTE: This task may not apply to your jurisdiction.

Use this task to upload valuation data from a spreadsheet to update the Personal Property Appraisal value schedule. A Tax Year validation occurs during the upload and a warning displays on the Upload Value Schedule Data screen if an error occurs due to an incorrect Tax Year; however processing continues as normal.

Steps

  1. On the Upload Value Schedule Data screen, make a selection from the Tax Year drop-down list.

  2. Enter the Input file name or click Browse to search for and select it.

  3. Select the Schedules to update.

  4. Select the Action.

  5. Accept the current date default for the Schedule date or define a schedule data.

  6. Click Finish to submit the process to batch, which opens the Monitor Batch Processes screen from which you can select and view the process status and results on the View Batch Process Details screen. Click Close on the batch process screens to return to this screen.

    • Click Close to end the task.

Configuration

Set up the file I/O via Configuration > File Input/Output > Input/Output File Configuration > Manage Input/Output File Configuration. Select the process of Value Schedule Data Upload. The spreadsheet names can vary between implementations. However, the spreadsheet tab names must match the descriptions in the Configuration File Input/Output.

NOTE: Your Aumentum Implementation team initially sets up the file I/O configuration.
