DOT Aircraft Extract

Description

NOTE: This report may not apply to your jurisdiction.

Generate a batch extract Excel spreadsheet report that is required by the DOT for aircraft.

  1. Accept the default TaxYear or enter it.

  2. Accept theEffective Date data populated from the Custom Reports - Account Selection screen or enter the date as applicable.

  3. Select the Correspondence Type.

  4. Click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it. Click Close to close the batch screens.

    • Click Previous to return to the Personal Property Appraisal Reports screen.

    • Close to end the task.
