Generate a report by tax year that shows the cycle status of personal property items for:

• 120-Day Notice

• Posted annual, correction, discovery, and refund

• Received not worked

• Roll to next tax year

• Worked - forced - ready to post

• Worked - ready to post

• Worked - late filer - ready to post

Steps

1. Enter tax year for report data. Press Enter or Tab on your keyboard.

2. Click View Report to generate the report in a separate browser window, or click Submit to Batch to open the Monitor Batch Processes screen on which you can view the progress of the report. When completed, click the report in the grid to open the View Batch Process Details screen, and click the report to open it.

   • Click Close to end the task.
