Facility Field Update

Navigate: ClosedPersonal Property Appraisal > Batch Processes > Facility Field Update

Description

Update certain information for facilities, typically rental, that are claimed as personal property, such as assign the neighborhood and individual assessor to whom the facility is assigned for assessing.

Steps

  1. On the Facility Field Update screen, click to highlight a selection method and click Selection Criteria.

  2. On the Facility Search screen, enter your search criteria and click Search.
  3. NOTE: Simple, Advanced, Custom, and Saved Searches are available for selecting facility accounts in a batch process. Click Column Options to display the most relevant search results information to you.

  4. In the Results tab, select one or more items in the grid and click Previous.

    Optionally:

    • Click the Excel icon to export search results to a spreadsheet.
    • Click the arrow in the drop-down list to select a viewing option.
  5. On the Facility Field Update screen:

    • Make a selection from the Field to update drop-down list.
    • Make a selection from the From and To drop-down lists.
    • Your changes will be applied to the selections you made in Step 3.
  6. In the Schedule panel, specify the day and time you want to submit the update and click Finish.

    OR

    Click the Recurring Schedule checkbox, and specify the occurrence, repetition and duration, then click Finish.

  7. On the View Batch Process Details screen, you can see the status of the process.
