Account Creation

Navigate: ClosedPersonal Property Appraisal > Batch Processes > Account Creation

Description

Use this task to batch create personal property appraisal accounts.

Steps

  1. On the Batch Create Account screen, choose a selection method.
  2. NOTE: Only Personal Property Criteria Groups is available at this time.

  3. Click Selection Criteria to open the Search Criteria Group List screen.
    • Make a selection from the Tax Year and Select Criteria Group drop-down lists, then click Row Count.
    • Click Previous to return to the Batch Create Account screen.
  4. In the Processing Options panel, enter or select the receipt date.
    • Make a selection from the Cycle Status drop-down list for the account.
    • Make a selection from the Class Code drop-down list for the account.
    • Optionally, enter any notes.
  5. In the Schedule Options panel, enter or select that date and time you want to batch create the accounts.
  6. Click Finish in the Command Item bar to send the process to batch.
    • On the View Batch Process Details screen, you can view the process.
    • NOTE: A Confirmation Detail report is generated when the process is finished. Click on the report to view the details. Click Close to close the batch screen and return to this screen.

  7. Click Close to end the Batch Create Account task.
