Description
On the Chain of Title Information screen, you can follow the ownership history by viewing the title changes of the revenue object. Documents are listed by date, document number, then book and page, in descending order. The date is either the document/sale date or legal date/time received, depending on your application setting. Scroll down the page to view backwards into time. All information is for viewing only.
Steps

All information on the Chain of Title Information screen is from the perspective of the revenue object displayed in the header area.
- Click on any name of an owner, grantee, or grantor to open the Legal Party Information screen. Click Close to return to the Chain of Title Information screen.

Click on the Revenue Objects link to refresh the data with that revenue object's chain of title information. You automatically return to the Tax Information screen.
Tips
When a legal party is confidential and you have security rights to view confidential legal party data, a stop sign displays next to the name as a warning. If you do not have the required security, the stop sign does not display. In either case, note that the confidential legal party's "display" name appears, not the "actual" name.
