Public Inquiry
Navigate: Info Center > Public Inquiry
Description
View the Aumentum Tax and CAMA information for a revenue object, print a single tax bill, and apply flags to or remove flags from revenue objects.
Steps
- On the Records Search screen, enter search criteria and click Search.
- On the Records Search Results screen, select the checkbox for one or more items and click Next.
- On the Tax Information screen, view the detailed information of the revenue objects you selected in your search.

Dependencies, Prerequisites, and Setup
Prerequisites are the same as for Tax Detail. Security for the role and user define the access to the Tax Information screen and its linked screens for the public user.
Configuration

Role Maintenance – Set the detail security items for Public Inquiry and also the non-menu items that pertain to the activation of the Common Action links and header links found throughout Tax Detail screens that are available through the Public Inquiry menu option. When security setup restricts access, the user will not see the link. There are many items to consider, particularly all areas that should not reveal confidential information.

User Maintenance – Add the appropriate role for users. Also set the default display format for the bill (such as PDF).
Tips
Links to maintenance screens of other Aumentum modules are not available to users of Public Inquiry.
