Mineral Appraisal Information

Navigate: ClosedInfo Center > Mineral Appraisal Information

Description

Use this task to search for mineral information.

Steps

  1. On the Mineral Search screen, enter your search criteria and click Search.

  2. From the RevObj panel, select the checkbox for one or more items and click Next.

  3. On the Appraisal Information screen, there are several tabs.

      1. At the top right of the screen, make a selection from the Year drop-down list. Optionally, enter or select the Effective Date.
      2. Click New Search in the Command Item bar to return to the Mineral Search screen.

      This tab shows mineral appraisal information.

      Panels include:

      • Wells and Mines
      • Production Unit
      • Production Detail
      • Associated Reserves

      View land and feature details.

      View building details.

      View summary values.

      View sales history.

      View any permits that have been issued.

      View any associated notes.

Dependencies, Prerequisites, and Setup

  1. Click Configuration > Application Settings.
  2. Select Effective Date from the Setting type drop-down list, and Real Property Valuation from the Filter by module drop-down list.
  3. Find Info Center - display mineral details and click Edit.
  4. When set to True, you will see three additional panels on the Minerals tab of the Appraisal Information screen:

    • Production Unit

    • Production Detail

    • Associated Reserves
