Customer Inquiry Search

Description

Use this task to search for revenue objects, create a PIN list from the results, and create/manage information about customer cases.  You are directed to one of six possible Case Management screens based on your inquiry and the characteristic parameters defined for the case class, level, type, and case management template being created/managed.

Steps

  1. On the Customer Inquiry Search screen, enter search criteria and click Search.

  2. Make a selection from the RevObj grid and click Next in the Command item grid.
    • Above the RevObj grid, click Create PIN List for the given results (optional).

  3. On the Customer Inquiry screen, you can click Add New to input inquiry information associated with a case.

  4. Click the green checkmark at the bottom of the screen to save your changes, or click the red X to cancel.
