Home Page Notes
You can create notes to display on the Home Page of the Aumentum Platform. Notes are set up by role and only display if you are assigned that role. To set up a Home Page note:
- Click Configuration > Security and User Maintenance > Roles.
- Click Edit for the role you want to create a Home Page note for.
- On the Edit Role Details screen, click Notes in the Command Item bar.
- On the Notes View screen, click Add Note in the Notes panel.
- On the Add Notes screen, enter the note and make a selection from the Privacy drop-down list.
- Optionally, make a selection from the drop-down lists and select keywords to associated to the note.
- Click Save in the Add Notes For panel. You can create multiple notes for a role.
- Your note now displays on the Home Page for all users assigned to this role.
